Disability Rights Advocacy Day - March 7
This event aims to provide the visibility people with disabilities are often not given and strengthen the advocacy happening around the state to include policy changes at all government levels. Learn more here.

IDD Awareness Day - March 20
IDD Awareness Day works to create awareness amongst legislators about the challenges and opportunities facing people with IDD in Colorado and the community-based system that supports them. There are in-person and virtual events available for this event. Learn more here.

WHAT: Learn about disability resources and services, employment, legal resources, special and continuing education, healthcare, and recreation from over 45 organizations. There will also be information sessions! See below.

Speaking For Ourselves (S.F.O.) is a group run by adults living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They help each other learn how to use their voices to express what's important to them and their community.

El Grupo VIDA is a network of Hispanic/Latino parents formed to provide mutual support for people with disabilities or special needs, their parents, family, and guardians.

Learn about Adams County assistance programs and get answers to your questions about SNAP, Medicaid, and cash assistance. Appointments are available and walk-ins are welcome at these events. Schedule an appointment here.
